All orders placed with ZerOne Computers Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by ZerOne Computers Ltd, whose registered office is at Temple House, 75 Templewood Court, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 2RH (the "Supplier").
No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order.
An acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will be sent shortly after your order. However, we do have the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, mis-priced or cleared funds are not received.
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
What will delivery cost and how will my item be despatched?
Delivery cost is calculated on the destination, weight and value of the items. When ordering, you are able to choose from all available methods, for the weight & value of the order. For All deliveries, we use our preferred courier (from £6.49).
A signature will be required for all methods of delivery. For your first order from us, we will normally only deliver to your registered credit card address.
When will my item be despatched?
Products in stock will be sent out the same day we process your order.
Cutoff times are around 4pm, in some circumstances we may be able to make special arrangements.
All product information pages show a stock level, if the item is in stock you can select your preferred delivery date from the shopping cart page.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed then will be processed the following Monday.
If you order items which are not currently in stock we will automatically put your items on back order and ship as they come into stock. Please note: we only charge your card when items are ready to be shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
You may use any of the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Debit/Delta/Switch/Maestro/Solo, Electron.
Please note we are required by your credit card company to deliver to your billing address. We may be able to deliver to an alternate address (for example your place of work) subject to secondary validation. If we cannot validate the requested delivery address, we may only be able to deliver to your credit card billing address.
Cheque: Immediate clearance on receipt, subject to approval.
Cash: Accepted in person only.
Bank Transfer: Contact us for our account details.
We do not surcharge for any of these payment methods. All goods remain the property of ZerOne Computers Ltd until paid for in full.
How much VAT will I pay?
VAT will be charged at the current rate of 17.5% on all items purchased, except for deliveries to :
1: UK bodies with VAT-exemption
2: VAT-registered EC companies outside the UK
4: Non-EC countries
3: VAT-exempt EC areas e.g. Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, etc.

What is the Guarantee on my product?
All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one year, unless otherwise stated. All guarantees are Return-To-Base, unless otherwise stated. We also support manufacturers" guarantees, as detailed on the products pages, which may vary from 1-year to lifetime. Some manufacturers have their own product warranty replacement services, which you may use instead of ours; this will not affect your guarantee with us. However, where manufacturers warranties include an advance replacement service, you must use this service, and not return the item to us.
Please note, ZerOne Computers are not liable for loss of data, time or profits, recovery costs, or any consequential loss resulting from either defective goods, or other breach of warranty.
If you discover a fault with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, and to determine whether a replacement, repair or refund is required. A refund will only be an option if the item is returned within a reasonable time after purchase and is in "as-new" condition.
For items within the first 28 days, we will dispatch a direct replacement on receipt of the faulty goods, subject to them being tested and found to be defective. For items beyond this period we aim to repair or replace goods within two working days. Non-repairable items will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement, which should normally be between 2-3 weeks. For discontinued items, we will attempt to obtain replacement goods for you from the manufacturer. It should be noted that in extreme cases a longer wait may be necessary, although such cases are rare.
Please Note :
1: A returns authorisation (RMA) must be issued before we will accept any returned item.
2: Inadequate packaging of delicate items such as hard disks will void your warranty.
3: A fee may be charged if there is no fault found.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
What if something is missing or damaged ?
All missing or damaged products must be reported to us immediately in writing, within one business day of receipt. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging as this may be required for inspection by the courier company.
Can I cancel my order?
You may return the goods to us within seven days of receipt, for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. The items must be unused and unopened, and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe & if necessary insured manner.
You will be refunded within 30 days of the date we receive the goods back from you.
How does ZerOne Computers respect my privacy?
When an order, enquiry, or quote is placed via our web site, your name, address & order details are sent directly to ZerOne Computers system, and are kept in our database for future orders, enquiries or quotes. We do not share this information with any other companies.
We operate an "opt-in" rather than an "opt-out" policy, so you will not be added to any mailing or marketing lists unless you specifically request to be.
Information is collected lawfully & in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

What problems could there be?
For legal purposes, any order placed with us will be treated as an offer to purchase. In the vast majority of cases, there will be no problem, and you will receive the goods the next day.
However, if a problem occurs, we will always contact you before going any further :
* Human or computer error, causing the price or availability to be shown wrongly.
* Delivery charges may be calculated wrongly.
* Problems during the verification process; of your name, address, or credit card details.

We will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Any details and communications you send us will be kept strictly confidential.
The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales
